This system is our standard web inspection system with a high resolution 2 megapixel CCD digital camera and with a real 10x macro-servozoom-objective without ancillary lens. It includes a camera-traverse-unit, an image processing system and our powerful and easy to use PCS 6 software.

Color density in real time – The inline color density measurement enables the user to observe quality changes very fast and to correct them immediately. In this case the conventional manual densitometric measurement is not necessary anymore.

PCS SuperView is our latest product of our PCS series. Visualization of e.g. 8 million pixel at the same time (whole web width) with the optional application of four 20’’ LCD color displays, each with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixel (standard 24" LCD color display).

 THETA SYSTEM Elektronik GmbH has been developing and producing web inspection systems since 1985. The first web inspection systems were presented on DRUPA 1986 as OEM. 1988 we introduced web inspection systems equipped with 3-chip CCD cameras.

 
 

For MAN Roland ruckmaschinen AG, Augsburg Germany THETA SYSTEM is an ORM manufacturer. Because of their worldwide distribution network our Printing Control System is integrated in many print offices, which are characterized by their high claim to efficiency and quality.

 
 

For the Banque de France we developed a special inline color measurement system for quality control for printing bank notes.
On the basis of cameras, the systems operate with a 100% inspection of the Lab-color values and sort out the bank notes which lie outside the adjustable tolerance.

 
 
 
 

What else do we do?! Besides our PCS, THETA SYSTEM develops and produces scientific special-purpose cameras which are used in many departments all over the world.
